Parts & Materials

Once you’ve decided to have your car fixed by Mackin’s, we order the parts and materials necessary to fix your vehicle.

Schedule an Appointment

When the parts arrive we’ll schedule an appointment for you to drop off your car or truck.

Need a rental car? We’ll contact Enterprise Rent-A-Car and have them waiting for you. If you don’t need a replacement vehicle, we’ll gladly give you a ride to your home or office.

Teardown

Teardown means we remove the damaged parts from your vehicle. If we find any hidden damage, we inform you and your insurance company right away to get approval for additional repairs.

Body Repair

After teardown we begin repairing the auto body, which can include frame straightening, panel repairs, etc.

Paint

When the body repairs are done, your vehicle is ready for paint! We use the highest quality paints from Spies Hecker, and our painters give over 100 years of combined experience so you can rest assured your finish will be as good as (or better than) it was from the factory.

Detailing

After your vehicle is painted, all body panels and trim accessories are installed and your car is professionally detailed before we deliver it back to you.
