Our team of experienced professionals work directly with your insurance carrier on your behalf to take care of the hassle for you! All we need is a claim number, some information and a signature. We’ll take care of the rest!
In many cases, additional damage is found once the damaged area of your vehicle is disassembled. Be assured that our professionals won’t just locate this damage for you, we’ll also work directly with your insurer to make sure it gets fixed right, the first time!
Simply fill out our contact form, call or stop by one of our eight locations to get started. If your vehicle isn’t drive-able, call us at 800-637-8511 and we’ll help you get a tow! When you’re at the shop, our customer service professionals will gather claim and other information from you. Then, our estimators will take photos of your vehicle and prepare a detailed estimate. We’ll also go over the estimate with you and answer any questions that may arise.
Once we’ve prepared your detailed estimate, our staff will begin working directly with your insurance company to get your repairs approved. If your insurance policy covers rental vehicles, we can set that up as well.
In many cases, we find hidden damage after disassembling your vehicle. If we find any such damage, we immediately get approval from your insurance company for any additional repairs and parts needed.
With your approval, we accept payment directly from most major insurance companies. This allows us to deliver your vehicle back to you more quickly since you won’t need to wait for a check to pay for repairs.
